91422001 Assy, Head Cover Interlock Switch Is A Part Of Z7 Cutter

1.When the head cover is in an open state, the interlock switch will immediately cut off the power supply to the cutter head drive system (such as the cutting blade motor and transmission mechanism), forcing the cutting blade to stop moving. This prevents personal injury caused by accidental movement of the cutter head due to operators inadvertently touching the start button during maintenance or when loading/unloading fabric.

2.The mechanical triggering part adopts a wear-resistant contact or magnetic induction design (such as a reed switch or Hall sensor). It can withstand tens of thousands of opening and closing operations without failure, avoiding "signal delay" or "misjudgment" caused by long-term use.
